Welcome to Intercultural Life

What is Intercultural Life?

In today’s rapidly changing world, global families are constantly adapting to new cultures, roles, schools, jobs, and identities. Yet, they often face these transitions without structured support.

Intercultural Life was created to make these transitions more manageable. We support global families in navigating change and building stability—personally, professionally, and as a family. Our work also supports employers, schools, and institutions that want to better understand and assist the internationally mobile individuals and families in their communities.

Workshops for International Schools

Global Families

This workshop series is designed specifically for international schools and can be offered to parents within the school community. The program provides deeper insight into the experiences and dynamics of global families, helping parents better understand the transitions and challenges their families may face.

Throughout the workshops, key topics and practical concepts are explored in an interactive and engaging way, creating space for reflection, discussion, and shared learning. By strengthening parents’ understanding, the program also supports them in responding more confidently to their children’s needs during times of change and adjustment.

Testimonials

I have collaborated with Judit on research projects. We were rather thrown in together having never met before, but in no time I realised we were 'on the same page' despite having quite different backgrounds and living continents apart. Judit cares about her work and to me, that is what really matters.
